I offer a free 10-minute consultation so we can both see if we feel like it is a good fit and if our schedules align! After that you will be scheduled an initial session where we will discuss your background, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what your goals are. We will work together to create a plan from there!

Self-pay rates are:

• Initial intake session: $200

• 55-minute session: $150

A Good Faith Estimate can be provided for OON benefits.
